世界互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大會發(fā)布的藍(lán)皮書指出，根據(jù)最新發(fā)布的世界互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展指數(shù)，中國在全球的排名僅次于美國，且發(fā)展形勢處于穩(wěn)步上升狀態(tài)，排名前五的其他三個國家分別是德國、英國和新加坡。China has been ranked second in the latest Global Internet Development Index, after the United States, and has steadily maintained its upward trajectory, with Germany, the United Kingdom and Singapore in the top five, according to the Blue Book for the World Internet Conference.
